Autochek partners with PlentyWaka

PLENTYWAKA PARTNERS WITH AUTOCHEK TO FACILITATE CAR LOANS, VEHICLE INSPECTION, AND MAINTENANCE

What makes public transportation work is not only the system in which it operates on, access to efficient vehicles roadworthy enough for every terrain is also key. It is to this effect that Plentywaka partners with Autochek, an auto solution that manages the car needs of Nigerians through financing, sales, and purchase.

As part of Plentywaka’s continued efforts to revolutionize the public transportation sector in Nigeria, the Techstars-funded startup partners with Autochek to facilitate vehicle inspection, financing and maintenance for its teeming number of vehicle partners.

This partnership comes in the wake of plans to expand the Plentywaka Dailywaka ride-sharing service to over 7 new routes in a few days. In addition, the strategic alliance will facilitate hassle-free vehicle inspection and hire-purchase for prospective Plentywaka vehicle partners within a short time.

Plentywaka has, in the last 20 months, completed over 355,000 rides and recently expanded its Dailywaka (In-city) service to include more vehicle options. This was done to increase vehicle availability for its teeming number of riders, help them split fares, and avoid ridiculous surge fares and first/last mile issues for our heroes (drivers).
